 Food creative and gluten-free expert Beatrice Harling will take you through the essentials of free-from baking in just one day. Designed to inspire confidence in gluten- and dairy-free baking, Bea will show you how easy it is to create delicious cakes that everyone can enjoy.

With helpful hints and tips about how to adapt traditional recipes using alternative ingredients, Bea will take you through the different types of flours and other ingredients available on the market. You will learn to substitute ingredients so you can adapt any of your favourite recipes and have fun in the process. Discover how to produce the best results when using nut milks and healthy oils instead of dairy ingredients, as well as alternative flours. This informative course will also teach you how different ingredients contribute to the flavour, texture and character of your free-from baking.

You will go home with a wealth of recipes and information about free-from baking, as well as a Squires Kitchen Certificate.
