Bea Harling is an accomplished food creative and cookery tutor.
She began in Retail as a Food Selector, developing recipe dishes and products for Marks and Spencer. Her career spans features writer for National Magazine Company and IPC titles, a commercial role in the test centre at Good Housekeeping Institute and on to run the Culinary Development Kitchen for Nestle UK, supporting food and beverage marketing; consumer communications.
Bea gained a rich insight from working alongside respected chefs, nutritionists and food professionals. She is a joint director of Phil Vickery Seriously Good Gluten Free Food Ltd. and a regular contributor to recipe books: creating ideas to inspire a pleasure in food as well as encouraging people to manage ingredients for healthy or special diets.
